This is an additional set of tiara images. IT IS AN ADDITION TO v2.0 AND THE SAME RULES APPLY. YOU NEED THAT KIT WITH ITS COPY OF IRFANVIEW. THIS includes the line spearator that was at Daily Diapers for awhile from RUFFLES & RIBBONGS GIRLS' HOME
IrfanView is needed because the v2.0 items have a height of 40px, except for the RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME LINE SEPARATOR, WHICH IS 28PX, and you may wish to make them less tall by resizing them or other forms of edting like joining them to make longer lines. If you do not have the main set, GET IT NOW. If you change the size, save the images to the same folder under a different name so that you will have the ones you start with as they are
